JCP event - briefing on SW work programme

The purpose of the event is to:

• Enable the bidders to understand the existing local landscape and to ensure their bids reflect this.
• Ensure bids are joined up with other local services.
• Provide an opportunity for bidders to meet with potential local sub-contractors.

The event will take place at the Conference and Genesis Centre, Somerset College of Art and Technology (SCAT) in Taunton on 10th December; it will start at 10.00am.

The format of the day will be as follows:

10.00am

• Introduction by Adrian Bailey, Director, Regional Employment and Skills Board
• Presentations from Partners covering West of England, Gloucester, Swindon and Wiltshire
• Questions/points from the floor

• Lunch/Networking Opportunity for SW Providers with the potential bidders

• Introductions from Adrian Bailey
• Presentations from Partners covering Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole
• Questions/points from the floor

3.30pm

• Close
