Whatever happened
to the Learning Age?

With the closure of the LSDA, the Learning & Skills Research Network summer conference that has become a popular fixture in the regional event calendar is now organised by ourselves at Marchmont SLIM (the Skills and Learning Intelligence Module of the SW Observatory).

As usual, there will be an excellent line-up of speakers to stimulate thought-provoking debate whose further details will be confirmed shortly. This year, the LSRN Summer Conference will aim to reflect South West practitioners' views on how far UK education policy has progressed beyond the Government's initial vision of lifelong learning, and explore: how is the change in government policy reflected in your day-to-day practice, and how is it helping or hindering your work?

If you are interested in presenting a session or disseminating a report on a recent research project with which you have been involved, this is your opportunity to do just that! Follow this link to a downloadable word document.
