Conclusions

As the issues of climate change and sustainability move up the political agenda, the regional partners need to consider how to take advantage of the opportunities and mitigate the challenges that this will present.

Sustainable development is also critical in terms of developing sustainable communities. A wide range of skills sets are required and will continue to require investment.
