1.4 Analysis Structure

This report is presented in eight main sections. In Section 2, we look at the broad strategic context which provides the backcloth for this Review. Section 3 examines the main challenges facing the regions in terms of skills, enterprise and employment. Section 4 covers the main skills gaps and priorities of the region, including a sector analysis, whilst Section 5 looks at the main issues in relation to Enterprise. Section 6 examines the key issues in relation to employment in the region. Section 7 sets out an analysis of the activities of the partners in the region and identifies gaps requiring further action. Section 8 highlights the key issues and makes recommendations for action.

This report is accompanied by a short summary report.
