The SWRESB performance measurement system is based on a Balanced Scorecard approach. It has been designed to both monitor strategic impact and evaluate a set of factors that, when linked with decision and action cycles, will drive future performance.
The quarterly reports will be accompanied by a commentary, with interpretations and the implications for SWESA management decisions. Analysis will be based on trends between quarters but there is also potential for benchmarking against one or more other regions, if they were to adopt some of the same metrics.
