The Teaching, Learning and Assessment of Generic Employability Skills
What is the purpose of this web site?
This site has been designed to:
- provide practical advice and support for all those concerned with developing
- generic employability skills in the South West of England;
- support continuing professional development (CPD) by encouraging reflection and discussion about some of the issues surrounding the development of generic employability skills;
- help in the on-going improvement of the learners' experience of generic
employability skills programmes.
It is based upon material from two studies of generic employability skills in the South West carried out by the Centre for Developing and Evaluating Lifelong Learning (CDELL) in the School of Education at the University of Nottingham.
