The event will be free for schools and parents/carers to visit from Somerset, East Devon and North Somerset.  The primary focus is to encourage young people to explore all their options with the help of employers and exhibitors focusing on growth career areas as defined by various government documents, HEFCE initiatives and CBI/BCC reports. Meeting the challenges of STEM - "Sustainability", this is Phase 3 in a series of Organisational STEM Leadership Development days and offers an invaluable opportunity to explore how you can meet the challenges of STEM in your organisation. The conference is aimed at leaders and managers with responsibility for science, technology, engineering and mathematics in the FE and Skills sector.

This intensive two-day course is for managers or teachers who have recently taken on the role of managing family learning in their provision. Delivered by trainers with over 20 years of experience of managing family learning provision, the course will introduce you to the development, ethos and benefits of family learning, as well as exploring how you as a manager can ensure effective practice.
