The Regional Skills and Employment Analysis 2010 was commissioned by the South West Regional Development Agency in support of the refresh of the European Social Fund (ESF) Frameworks in the region and to provide the evidence base for the review of the region's employment and skills priorities.
The development of the Analysis was overseen by a Steering Group (detailed in the report), led by the Employment & Skills Partnership.
